Well HTML is basic language to create website but one need to learn some other weblanguage like php,asp or jsp as they tend to create websites more dynamic and effective.
I know basic HTML but dont use it rather i like frontpage to create webpages. But when i conducted this survey on a technews website most of them voted in favour of PHP but now i want to know your choice.
Hope microsoft learns the lesson and includes support for php,jsp and other language which might help them gain some position in server market

I would definately vote for PERL, although i wouldnt classify it as a total web language, atleast, not like php or asp.

I started learning html and then I decifered some javascript, then I went on to learning what I know now, php, and it is much better, as far as asp and perl I don't know much of them, if they are anything like the difference between html and javascript though, it probably won't be too hard to do.
