So, if you are searching for these, I think pretty many of those (At least poll and guestbook) can be found in the cPanel.

A really good guestbook can be found at http://bravenet.com Make an account there and you can get all of those except for the shoutbox.

The Guestbook is a map of the world and people can click where ever they are from and write a message. It's really neat.

hehe, a guestbook is a program which lets visitors put in a message for you. What you're talking about is another one where it lets you click which part of the world you are and the admnistrator of the site can view the geographic visitors he has on their site.

It's a Guestmap. The people open the site, it has a map of the world... They click where they are from, and a little pin will be added where he/she clicked. Then they add a message and when you go over the pin you can see the message they add... You can also zoom in so you can see where they are from. They also have just a plain guestbook.

http://www.myshoutbox.com is a useful site for shoutboxes.. but then of course there's the original tagboard.

signmyguestbook.com used to provide totally customizable guestbooks for free, but now they charge a dollar something for signing up.... :P
other than that, i'd prefer php powered guestbooks like megabook (http://www.militerry.com/megabook/)

There's loads of nice scripts there. It might take a while to find exactly what you're looking for, but chances are that it's there.

I generally don't like bravenet. I strive for originality, so their services are too heavily watermarked for me.

I suggest learning PHP. Create your own polls and shoutboxes. HM is for PHP, right?

For a shoutbox/tagboard, I'm partial to a PHP script called txtshout. It's perfect.
