Can some do me a favour?

I was just wondering if anyone has some scripts that can help me vaildate a form, must be in JavaScript (Yes I do relize which forum I posted this in).

Here is a list of the scripts i need. Checking email has correct syntax eg eg@eg.eg
Checking 2 fields have the same value
Checking all the fields are filled

If you have or know any of them please post them here.
