Goto http://dynamicdrive.com They have Many and I mean a LOT of Scripts for cool Html Effects, It adds a little Shizzle to your site.

http://hotscripts.com is much better... but sometimes they have pay scripts on there.

Try it out if you need some cool scripts for you site :D

There is also Javascript Soure (http://www.javascriptsource.com). Very cool effects using, you guessed it Javascript.

If you start adding loads annoying of JavaScript stuff such as things follwoing cursor and roll overs it gets annoying.

i am not sure if this is true but if the site has too many scripts and trhe vistor has normal dial-up then it will take some time

i am using dialup but temp i'm using lan good news i'm changing to broadband!!!

yes, but not everyone will. javascripts (most of them anyway) load in the <head> section of your page, so if you have a lot the person who's viewing the page has to wait for all the little scripts to download completely before the <body> of the page shows.

yeah i know about dynamic drive i got that script for clock nice clocks they have that show time in parts of world ...

Haha so true, when i learned about javascript, i had so much scrolling text falling text etc.

Oh yeah and a good website for simple javascript or html scripts is Hyper Gurl or something like that. Search it in google because i cant remember the URL

all of them are good, but i like hotscripts for users can rate scripts.

i used to go to dynamic drive when i was brainwashed/ before the time i learned about user accessibility and the many OS's out there...
