Help with ftp

Excuse me, but i have a small question. I cant open my ftp.
The url i use for my ftp is: ftp://rhynix@rhynix.hostmatrix.org/

Can you help me with that? Can you give me the correct information about my ftp-account?

why don'T you try to use an FTP client, like CuteFTP for example ?!

and to connect you should type :
host : ftp.yourdomain.hostmatrix.org ....... this is easier and faster i think :D
