Upgrade Request: HM Package 1

Extra Info: I what to get an upgrade to HM package 1 if I can. I know I just have the prerequisite 50 posts to be considered. I have forum installed and I want do some more substantial php development work (chat & other db stuff); HM package 1 (dbs & extra space) would give me the scope to do it.
