Upgrade Request: HM Package 1

Extra Info: I'd like to get an upgrade to HM package 1 if I can. I know I just have the prerequisite 50 posts to be considered. I have Mambo installed and I want do some more substantial php development work (forum & other db stuff); HM package 1 (dbs & extra space) would give me the scope to do it.

Can I also request to change my sub-domain from weather.hostmatrix.org to eportal.hostmatrix.org
Reason - I just want to add a blog and some articles that are too generic for the sub-domain I requested earlier
