will an admin or mod please take of 20 posts of my post count please?
This is because of the spamming I do and I think its only fair...

Post count as a means for upgrades will be replaced by a fairer solution soon. The new way will actively discourage spamming. There is no point in reducing your post count.

As an aside this message would have benefited from the title : "Please Reduce My Post Count" I'd of at least then known what to expect when opening the thread :)

It's not that easy Zelda. How do we know that you won't do it again? It will take time to gain our trust again, it's not like you go spamming and then you write a tutorial to make up for it and then you spam again and then you write anothe tutorial. That's not how it is.

Theres no abuse going on Zelda, I think you could become a great member with a bit of patience and time. We were just pointing out (accidently at the same time so twice :) ) that it will take a little time to prove yourself here.

Maybe the admin could change the reward system. Members can vote or rate other member's post and reward the member according to the ratings they received for their posts.

We kind of already have that with the whole scale icon thing on the left... :p

As the good Dr said, the reputation system is beginning to be enforced. You are able to rate a user's post by clicking on the scale icon under his information (to the left). The admin/mods are still working this out, so I don't think there will be any rewards *quite* yet. There is still quite a bit of adjusting going on with the recent transition to vB.
