i am thinking of buying a new motherboard with processor this is going to set me back 59.99 but because im only young (15) i would like some advise. Do u think these specs are good to be able o be picked up for 60 squid.

Your description states that the dimensions are Micro-ATX size. Is this particularly what size you are looking for? Not all standard ATX cases are compatible with micro-ATX boards (see this link for more info (http://www.duxcw.com/dcforum/DCForumID5/243.html)).

Edit: And sorry, it doesn't sound bad for £60. Have you looked on www.komplett.co.uk (http://www.komplett.co.uk)? They are good for bundles which include RAM and fan and heatsink and all will be under Warranty (mine was).

Well, the thing is this. Do you plan on having this computer for quite a while, or are you just buying the mother board to get by due to some event? It all comes down to what you plan to do with this. If these specs meet your needs, then they should be fine.

To me, everything stated seems like a good deal. I was simply inquiring about your purposes to see if you were planning on upgrading other things later. Don't want to have to buy ANOTHER mobo because this one is insufficient.
