It's by the band O-zone. It's Romanian :) I'm Romanian :) But i live in the US.

BTW, your link doesn't work. There are many different version out there though. Most of them are really gay though

Yea Probably, I haven't been back there for years, but it is very popular. I think they made like top 50 here in the US as well. They have awesome songs, they just have a certain beat that your head will bop to and your feet will beat to :)
