Difficult Loggin in Cpanel

Not sure if it is only me but I am having a lot of difficult in loggin in cpanel. It takes a few minutes just to log in and I can never manage to change my password even after so many tries. Can some one help or suggest what I should do? Thanks.

I havent had the slowness problem. It comes right up for me no problem. Maybe its your connection im not sure.
As far as changing the password you need to make sure its not too short and its not a dictionary word like "command" or any word used in speaking and writting.. It should be a be number mixed with letters. Or what appears to be random letter such as "akilujshe" or the system wont allow it.

I am using firefox. The speed to connect to this forum is almost instantenous except when I tried to go into cpanel - it will take a few minutes and when I click to change password, it takes even longer. By the way I am also using ZoneAlarm Pro, not sure whether this is part of the problem?

The cpanel will take a while to load because there are many transactions that are being done since other people are using the same host as us. Imagine a bunch of people logging on at the same time. Sorry for the delay, but we can't do anything about it.
