Email settings

I received my account info from Sage. In that message was the names server info. What about Primary and secondary DNS names and IPs? I belief I need them to make my email work.

Also my domain name disappears in the address bar and the IP appear. Is there away to keep the domain name showing and hide the IP. Go to www.mrfixall.ca to see what I mean.
