image preloader

ok i was wondering if anyone knows how to make a button into a image preloader from an external SWF or JPG...

i dont understand what you mean.. you want your page to preload the images, or you want a button to preload them when you click it (why?)

ok i want a flash button on my page to load an image in a specific area... i jus want to cut down on the size of my page and make it faster.....
