about phpnuke and"time"

i have two questions
actually it's two quick ones:
1) how many time do i have until i can star to upload my website to the server cause is still under development and i'm afraid that it will take at least a month till it's totally developed maybe more never know right?
and about phpnuke it's already installed? i do't see in the CPanel

maybe it''s just in the server and i have to activate it by myself amI right ?


i tought that maybe this question could help others too and even tough terminator has answered me he asked me to post it here too

So then wouldn't you also post the answer? Oh well, when I got my site, I could upload right away using ftp and cPanel File manager, but I had to apply for SSh. There it swhas.

so here's the answer by the adm
[terminator]You can wait as long as you can. No problem. But in the mean time we wont allow file storage lie you cant store movies, mp3s or anything like that. If we detect such files we will be forced to terminate your account.

Also Php-Nuke is there in your cpanel ready to be intsalled. Just go to 'scripts library' and install it.[terminator]
