1) Include an introduction about yourselves including nationality & age.
I've done some pages with just HTML and I want a place to learn and test PHP and other more advanced things. I'm 18 and from Finland.
2) A description of website you wish to host.
First it'll be just for testing things like PHP scripts. Later it will be some kind of collection of pages and scripts I've done.
3) Domain or Sub-domain name (yourchoice.hostmatrix.org)

4) Already have a working website?

5) Package of your choice.
Basic
6) Your email ID, It should be a real one as our hosting provider will be communicating through it.
