ic3cold--I've found at least 10 of your utter useless and spam posts. HM doesn't benifit anything from them. They are too short and they are absolutely useless because they have nothing to do with the topic. I'm still thinking of your punishment, but if you continue you wont' be able to get hosting period.You're bringing this upon yourself. You can say all you want about host matrix how they didn't give you hosting and crap, but you were the one that copyrighted material (which you could have gone to court for) and spammed. I'm sorry, but I can't allow this. I'm warning you before I ban you. If you spam anymore, you are gone, I'm sorry.

Your first warning was on Oct. 31, 2004 telling you not to spam, but do you listen? No, I found at least 10 of your useless short posts just yesterday. people have been reporting them right and left. I know you are probably going to go rate HM bad and say that it is a bad hosting but you brought this upon yourself.

first of all, look at the rules in your geekring. my ENGLISH IS DAMN POOR! why do have to copy the whole passage of rules from my marine / meow webrings???!!! individual ideas could be the same, but hey, for example, i've never seen webring rules telling people not to embed music files on their websites before. i have that on my ring rules just bcuz that is my personal preference! not to mention the use of words and sentences -- they're just a clone of mine.

Now, firstly, if you were "testing" it, you should have asked her first. You can't just expect to borrow someones copyrighted property without asking, especially if you have done things like that to the same person before.

As for forgiving Ic3Cold, I don't know what you would be forgiving him for. If anything, he should be forgiving you.

You have absolutely no proof that the spam was not by you. If I spammed, and got into trouble for it, would I expect moderators to believe me if I said it was my sister? No, I wouldn't. If it really were my sister (I'm assuming you're telling the truth..), I might say it was my sister, but I wouldn't be expected to be forgiven. The posts are under your account. If you can't prove to us that it was your sister, then we can't lower your warning level. And, by the way, a warning is a warning. This means that you are not in trouble yet, but you have been warned, and you shouldn't do it again. If they were your sister and you are using a shared computer, I reccomend that you log off every time when you're leaving your computer, so as to stop incidents like this in the future.

Please do not get nasty with lovingff8, as she did absolutely nothing wrong. She has the right to be angry at you, and you know, I would be angry at you too.

Well Alphonse, my first point is your "WTF" deal, if your mature, which I am doubting that now, you will simply over look that, as it is just an ignorant way to express anger. Although it generally does get the point across.

I'm going to side with EnderX on this you just need to take the punishment, deal with it, and when it's over just close that little chapter in your life. :P (cliche! :D)

Oh and I like Tim's last line as well.

And again furturing Tim's point about proving the spam wasn't you, it could've easily been you, if it indeed was your sister you have the responsibility to make sure she doesn't use your account, it simply takes the click of a link. No matter what those posts were made from your account, therefore you will be held accountable unless you can prove someone else did it, and even then, I don't think a sister is a good exscuse.

14 years old isn't that "young" on this board, we have 12 year olds here to.

Oh and a pet peeve I have is why do you keep using the ['code'] tag to quote people?
