1)Hello. I am Jonne(Yes. I dislike that name), and I'm from Finland. I am 14, but I hope that doesen't affect your decision. I am familiar with some HTML and I'm currently trying to learn PHP.
2)I would make "LFRP", which is a short from "Loser/'s Forum RolePlay". The boards would be mostly dedicated for forum roleplaying, which is close to writing stories, but "interactive", since you are with other invididuals:You basically write what your character does. It's mostly like in LARP(Live Action RolePlaying) or computer RPGs, but just with words. This is a good choice for those who like to RP but for some reason can't get to LARPs and can't play RPGs on their computer. My old site got deleted due to a bug in a form, and the host didn't know I had filled a form I had to fill, and I thought that it would be a good choice to change the host. At the forum, there wouldn't be just RPs made by me, of course, but just as many as the members would like to do. By this, I mean that anyone could do their own RPG to the forum. I have already three admins to check the forum regularly for unwanted content(Violating your TOS and/or my rules).
