I have a problem on Cpannel the FTP i cant upload stuff and i installed phpnuke and i need new themes and i asked this guy if he could help me and he said were is the loggin and stuff for FTP so i cant loggin how do i do it please help thanks you can talk to me on msn jaws.bhd@gmail.com or PM me thanks

Josh, can you log into cpanel? Or you just can't log into FTP? Because i know sometimes my ftp client hates me, see my sig ;). Anyway, check the pm you recieved about your hosting, and double check that you have the password correct, that's about all i can think of!

Well, your ftp login should be the exact same as your cpanel login. If you are using smartftp, then you need to put in:

For server - your url
For username - Your cpanel username
For password - Your cpanel password

And that should work :)
