Another Coppermine issue

I'm currently using my Coppermine, everything's goin' just fine, til I saw my Diskspace...Im running low on it..

Im using Coppermine's Batch add command. What I do is I upload my pics thru FTP (and not in Coppermine's upload feature) to a folder under albums and chmod it (the folder w/ my uploaded pics) to 777...

Then I go to Coppermine and Batch add the pics to an album I already created..

Question is, CAN I DELETE the folder in which I uploaded my pics (to save on space) BUt still have those pics displayed?

Look through your folders, and see if those same pictures are saved anywhere else. I know that when you add them, they arent shown in the folder for batch-add, but I'm not sure if they are moved or not.

Whew, lucky I din't delete it yet,,,If I did the pics I uploaded would be gone...I figured it out just now...Thanks for the reply wildfire!
