New Signature and avatar

Well, I used 2 new techniques in the signature
Popouts (from a tutorial by Dragon Gamer. Thanks to him for that.
and animated border. an idea by me, inspired by the rectangular marquee tool in photoshop.

Haha, good job ucb, that's a really great sig :P, i like how the other leg is cut out, so he looks like he is litteraly "stepping out" also, the border is nice, i know what you mean by the marquee :) Good job, i give it a 9/10 :)

yeah, great sig! homer looks so cool!
i suggest that you can change the background to something 'simpson-related', like a bar or something
Overall, looks very awesome! 9.5/10.. i Really like animated border and the huge Homer simpson pic.! Stands out and catches attention!
