I found that Google adsense Search Form is exerting about 10 to 12 pixels below any table within the form... meaning after the form line, it will leave about 10 to 12 pixels gap.. Is it because one of the 'input' is too long?
I also notice that for some sites that use the same adsense search such problem doesn't occur... your help would be highly appreciated... thanks in advance..

I thought I've mentioned enough. Google allows Search boxes or forms to be put in anyone's site. They have various types of those. One such is Adsense Search. If I put adsense search form in my site, if site visitors click Advertisements that appear on Search Result , I am get paid for it. I'm talking about this search form right now.
I have succesfully placed the search code in my site, but the 'form' is exerting gap below the search form and anything that is placed below it. So, if I place search box, anything that comes below search box will be placed after 10 - 12 pixels. If this problem is viewed in any other browser like Firefox and Netscape, those gaps are ignored though. They appear normal.

Hmm, perhaps this is something you can alter in your google control panel? Usually i don't think they like people tamerping with the actual code, but probably there's some sort of customizing options in the control panel that would resize, recolor etc. :)

um..
are you using tables
because if the search form is too big for your cell it will push all the cells down.
Other than that. idk
