View Full Version : I cannot log into cpanel
i dont know if my user name and/or password is wrong, but i have registered for both of the registrations on hostmatrix and i still cannot login! was i supposed to get an email describing what i should do or do i need to register again or what?
because the text where it describes it is infornt of my nose, but i cannot see it :unsure:

Has Creator sent you your account setup details? You can't login in with your forum username/password unless you have updated your cPanel account.
how would i go about doing that?

You don't need to edit anything. Just ask for an account, and if Creator likes you, he'll PM the information you need to go into your account
