Please Help me with My New Site

Ok, I know I am gonna get bashed and flashed and .....anyways...I am a n00b, I dont quite understand how this works....I have a Site Template, which I created with help of a site and modified it...I have an index.html file an index.php file a few folders, images, content, and also a content.php file....I am trying to log into www.2halo2.hostmatrix.org and when I click on like private, a sign in box appears and I enter my user name and password that Creator pm'd me....but it does not work.....What am I doing wrong....what do I do? Please any help needed and welcomed!...Thanks for bearing with my N00bIness! :huh:

well, first the login and pass creator gave you would only work for cpanel, which you can visit from the link in my signature, and when you go on your site when you login it has to be a certain login from that template or script, what is this script/template anyways? You may be able to go into ur mysql db and see what the login and pass is...hope that helps :unsure:

Are you using any kind of php based Web-Portal system, such as phpNuke? If so, you made an admin username and password when you installed it.

Ok, I just really don't understand this stuff... I am knew to this PHP, I know very little...All I want to do is Upload my site that I have....it was made with a template using PHP and HTML.....I didn't know I had to upload other stuff to....what have I gotten into too...I wish I could learn...Sorry :(

Ok, I just went to www.2halo2.hostmatrix.org/cpanel and logged in...it worked...so is this basically where I control/setup my site...I went to file Manager and am currently uploading all my files I have for my website....

Hmmm make sure tho' that you upload it in the directory named publichtml....aight? you using FTP? or your just using the cpanel's file manager?
