Host Matrix uses a Invision power board thingies rite? so doesn't it come with a
pointstore or something like that, you should set it up and so the more people post the more points they can get and the more posts your forum has.

We do have a contest, that the top 10 posters of the month get into a drawing for a free domain and all kinds of Hosting Upgrades.
But it does kindof attract SPAM.

I absolutely hate the idea of creating any more contests that have to do with the amount of posts you have. As the above poster said, it simply attracts spam. However, a modification where moderators can award points to good posters is a good idea... if I'm not mistaken, Host Matrix uses this modification.

this is all why the decreased "50 post" to "around 50 posts as long at they are content-rich". THey are looking for quatlity posts, not numbered posts. why else do you think they turned off post count in some forums?

He's talking about a IPB mod which gives points(Usually 1 or 5 points) by a post and then you can buy all these fancy things from a shop into your inventory with them. As an IPB admin, I can tell you that it doesen't come with the pack.

We already have the HM Points system, I'm not sure if it's still used or not... however I don't think there's any good rewards left to give for post count... we already get free hosting upgrades!
