i think you should get more users before you market it all. or should you market before getting users? which came first: the chicken or the egg?

Well im marketting because to get a forum you have to register. Maybe you guys could register just to post up useful stuff. I will adding another section for stuff so gimme ideas guys

I suppose you could add a modifications section, but nowadays sites like Invisionize are the place to go for those. Really I don't see what's any better about your hosting than HostMatrix, for example. HM is free, and with not any posts at all you can host a forum here with the HM Basic Package. There's also Invisionfree and quite a few others that provide this same service.

Following on from what Logical Demise said, you are targetting a market which is small and cramped. Although you may have a small advantage over invisionfree.com and the like which is "Do you offer full extent of the admin panel and skins?" Because as far as I remember invisionfree does not so you may wan to do that.

But if you want to muscle in on their market you are going to need to advertise, majorly and not on forums like this because people on here can set up their own forums for free and have real content. :D

Well heres the bits i need help with. I need to update the whole thing with multiple themes for people to use. But the themes need to incorporate my google Adsense code. I am totally lost on how to do this. If you would like to be really helpful. Download a couple e.g. 3 themes you like & incorporate this code into it on th right.

also change this a bit coz its too strict? like this active stuff it depends...or the other, and u said no advert but u think it might change?

1. No multi-registrations
2. Admins must login to there ACP at least once in every 7 days or else there forum will be removed.
3. A minumum of 10 members must be achieved within 14 days and maintained until you no longer require the forum.
4. The forum must receive posts once in at least every 28 days or else it will be deleted.
5. At this moment in time we show no adverts but that could change and there is no date set for when this will happen.
6. The following types of forums are not allowed :
-Pornographic
-Racially abusive
-Warez Sites
-Hacking/Cracking Sites
-Any other sites that promote illegal activity
7. You must maintain an active email address so we may email you with updates. This email address should be the same as your registration email.
